Reggie and Chris impressed me with their professionalism throughout the purchasing process. While I have not yet purchased a vehicle due to the Arbitration Agreement, I would highly recommend these two Impex employees. We had a fantastic experience buying our electric vehicle from Impex today. We dealt with Austin who provided outstanding service. We never felt pressured and he answered all of our questions about a very technical vehicle. This was the smoothest, most hassle free car transaction we've had, period. The Impex website was what grabbed us to begin with. It was accurate in its representation of the cars and, most importantly, current. We felt comfortable driving 100+ miles to ultimately purchase our vehicle! When we're ready for a third EV, we'll call Austin at Impex pronto!

I know I’m not the easiest customer to work with. The following individuals Marqus Brooks (salesman) and Joshua Lewis (sales manager) were very helpful, patient, and worked with me like I was a walk in customer but I was not, I was buying from two states away online. The sales team (Allen, Josh, Logan) was super helpful as long as they thought they were selling us a truck and quickly took hold money from us but ultimately someone else bought the truck instead of us they stopped replying and ghosted our text messages about getting the hold money refunded and now 5 months later still haven't refunded the hold money that they said in writing that they would refund if we didn't finalize the deal, disappointed in their customer service

Came in as a 2nd time buyer yesterday 8/13/2024 and picked out a truck. I had recently purchased a truck from here but it wasn’t heavy enough for what I needed it for. Not sure how such a nice place has such bad communication and management. We were told to drive a few hours away and test drive a car we wanted to purchase. Even received a message 15 min before arrival that the car was ready to test drive. When we pull up they said the vehicle just sold. Seriously??? The car was not on the lot. The worst dealership experience I’ve been through. It’s like these car salesmen don’t want to sell cars.
After I went twice to this dealership to seek out a vehicle, I left a review (above) regarding my experience. The owner then stated he had no record of me being there which is actually shady because I test drove a car of theirs, walked around numerous times and I have printed out paperwork from this dealership so I’m confused. I had a very positive experience with the Impex sales department. While we didn’t complete a deal, they were fair and courteous. My salesman, Charles Gary was very nice and good to work with. We’re still talking. Maybe we’ll get a deal done.
We purchased a very expensive new vehicle via phone from this dealership two months ago and it has been nothing but a hassle. No one will return phone calls or emails. We are still waiting on a refund check for something we didn't want that was promised by the sales manager, and we have it in writing . The license plate transfer was completely mishandled, or more accurately not done at all although promised. We will never buy a vehicle from this dealership again, or from out of state. The owners manual for this vehicle was not even included.
Worse experience ever, traded in my 08 ford for something newer, got a 2017 GMC SIERRA 3 day after I bought it the truck had to be tow to the dealership for transmission problems I didn’t what the truck anymore but they didn’t change it they flushed the transmission fluid and told me that the problem was fixed 2 months later the truck when back for the same reason 4 days after they told me that they couldn’t find nothing wrong with the truck. 4 day after I pick it up the transmission broke down, after a month in the dealership they change ... Worst experience ever buying online . Wont even return calls or send me my paperwork where I bought it. They delivered it and I don’t even have any proof I bought the truck and everyday they tell me they are going to send it and they never do.
